Company Sale
After 36 very enjoyable and successful years in the real estate business, I have sold my company Marschall Immobilien and will continue to serve in an advisory capacity as a consultant for the time being.
The company is now managed by two managing directors:
Ms. Amélie Bach-Weilandt (commercial law) and my wife, Mrs. Eva Marschall (trade law).
In addition to the office in Döbling, a second location has been opened at Sechsschimmelgasse 26, 1090 Vienna.
The entire team of Marschall Real Estate will, of course, remain at your service with great dedication and enthusiasm!
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all clients, colleagues, friends, and business partners for the many years – in some cases even decades – of excellent cooperation and for the trust you have placed in me. I very much look forward to continuing to support you together with Marschall Real Estate in all your real estate matters!
