Andalusia lowers property tax

The transfer tax for property purchases in Andalusia including Marbella and Costa del Sol 
will be reduced from 8-10% at present to 7% by the end of the year.

Furthermore, the registration fee for new buildings will be reduced by 0.3% to 1.2%.

So you can save up to 3.3% in ancillary costs when purchasing your property this year.
