2011 was the most successful year in the history of Marschall Real Estate - due to our continuously strong effort and our specialization on luxury real estate property we were able to sale some very prestigious buildings and to satisfy our clients.
Because of the current market situation and the prolonged economic crisis the wish for solid values and safe investment rises - this makes itself felt especially in the luxury segment.
